Your first dance as husband and wife should show all the romance that brought the two of you together.  I can teach you the steps and style that will allow you to dance confidently and beautifully at your wedding reception.   You'll have fun and your guests will be amazed!

With private lessons, I will work with you to make your dance UNIQUE and perfect for YOU!!  I can help you with basics or choreograph an entire routine to your song!  You will learn:

1. •Your entrance onto the dance floor
   

2. •The signal to the DJ to start the music
   

3. •The taking of dance frame
   

4. •The choosing of appropriate steps to your music and ability level
   

5. •The addition of flourishes, turns or spins to add excitement
   

6. •A dip or other romantic finish to the music (your "picture pose")
   

7. •The acknowledging of applause
   

8. •A graceful exit off the floor
   

What to bring to your wedding dance lesson (if possible):

1. •Your music if you have selected it (you can bring a CD or your MP3 player, or simply e-mail me the song title and artist)
   

2. •The shoes you'll be wearing
   

3. •A photo of the dress (the freedom of movement the bride has will dictate the types of moves that she can do - and of course I will choreograph moves to show it off!)
   

4. •Dimensions of your dance floor (this is important because some dances like Viennese Waltz require more room, while a Nightclub 2-Step can be done beautifully on a smaller floor).  
   

Prices for Private Lessons:  

1. •$70 / hour in Chula Vista
   

2. •$140 / hour at YOUR VENUE or PARTY (within San Diego; outside areas require additional travel costs)
