The Class:

Explore the sensual side of fitness with this integrated workout that combines  erotic dance, yoga, Pilates, Latin dance and striptease into one complete,  empowering and super-sexy fitness program.  Build your core strength, increase your flexibility, and improve your stamina as you learn to strip away your inhibitions and have a BLAST.  


Classes are held in a safe, friendly, non-sexual environment in a private studio with NO spectators or nudity.  These classes are designed for ALL ages, sizes and shapes of women.

How to Dress – BE COMFORTABLE and ready to sweat!

  1. Wear:  T-shirt, tank top or workout top with shorts, yoga pants or leggings

  2. Feet:  bare feet, socks or modern dance foot-thongs

  3. Please bring a bath towel or yoga mat and SOCKS
